Por qué te hacen esta pregunta

El stack de la empresa va a cambiar y quieren saber si cambias con él. La respuesta revela más de lo que parece: si aprendes solo lo que te mandan, si terminas lo que empiezas y si tienes criterio para elegir en qué gastar tu tiempo. También es un termómetro de honestidad, porque decir «sigo diez newsletters» sin haber construido nada suena exactamente a lo que es.

Errores típicos de hispanohablantes

• Decir «I learn Kubernetes now». Aquí manda el presente continuo: «I'm learning» o «I'm going through…».
• Traducir «me estoy formando» como «I'm forming myself». Es «I'm learning», «I'm studying» o «I'm upskilling».
• Usar «formation» para hablar de cursos. La formación profesional es «training»; «formation» en inglés es otra cosa.
• Recitar una lista de tecnologías de moda. Una sola, con lo que has hecho con ella, puntúa mucho más.
• Quedarte en «I read a lot of blogs». Sin un artefacto («I rewrote a side project in Go»), suena a intención, no a hábito.

En resumen: Una respuesta concreta y en curso («right now I'm going through…») vale más que una lista de intenciones. Y aquí el presente continuo es obligatorio: «I'm learning», nunca «I learn».
